Balchan Primer Surfacer is a premium high-build, fast drying acrylic based primer Surfacer with excellent filling properties. This high fill primer provides a smooth, rust resistant base coat that improves paint adhesion and appearance of the topcoat. The fast-drying formula enables quick and easy sanding. Ideal for use under most single pack nitrocellulose, acrylic and automotive paint finishes. When using any paint or aerosol products always ensure you use in a well ventilated area and properly cover any surfaces that you don't want overspray on.
